Alcibiades Hatzantonis Managing Partner
Alcibiades Hatzantonis, was born in the island of Kos, Greece in 1971. He spent all his school years in the island and graduated as the first student in the Dodecanissos Prefecture in the year 1988, succeeding also in his exams in the Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, where he was accepted in the Law School with a full scholarship.
He graduated from Thessaloniki Law School in the year 1992 with the grade of VERY GOOD, and he was accepted the same year as a postgraduate student in the University of Essex , where he completed a Master’s in Law in European Community Law. During his studies he worked as a teaching assistant in the University of Essex. His Master’s dissertation “The unification of Germany”, was largely published in UK, since it proved that the unification process of the two German states was not being done according to the EU Law. Following that he continued his studies in the University College of London, obtaining a Master’s in Private International Law.
He returned in Greece to serve his military service and after that he completed his training in the Bar Association of Thessaloniki with grade EXCELLENT.
He continued his studies with a PhD in Travel and Tourism law at the Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki , working at the same time in Law firms in Thessaloniki , where he mainly practice criminal and civil law cases. At the same time he was a teaching assistance in the Law School in the University of Thessaloniki.
He continued his carrier in Athens, working in cooperation with the American Embassy in intellectual property cases and international Law cases.
In the year 2009 he completed a Diploma in Private International Law at the University of Cambridge (UK) (Selwyn College).
He has participated in many conferences in Greece and abroad and is an author of Law Books concerning Private International law, Travel Law, International Family Law.
Today he practices Law in Dodecanissos area representing cases all over Greece and in UK, specializing in Travel and Tourism Law, Private International law, Criminal Law, International Traffic Accidents, and others areas.
He has been involved in high profile cases in Greece and holds a reputation of one of the most specialized lawyers in travel issues.
